Icona dello stile casual. Già protagonista di diversi remake, fra i quali ricordiamo l’edizione limitata realizzata in collaborazione con Sneakersnstuff, storico rivenditore che da anni serve appassionati e collezionisti proprio nella capitale svedese.
Quella che vi presentiamo in queste pagine, però, è la versione OG risalente alla fine dei Settanta: oltre trent’anni di anzianità, eppure queste Stockholm sono ancora in forma perfetta. Nate come variazione sul tema delle adidas Spezial, le Stockholm fanno parte della celeberrima City Series che ebbe enorme successo popolare nei seventies. Il valore sul mercato del vintage si aggira sui 300 euro per un paio in perfette condizioni: poco meno delle “sorelle” Tobacco, che nella versione Made in France sono senza dubbio le più ricercate del mazzo.

An icon of casual style. Already protagonist of various remaking, among which we’d like to mention the limited edition co-produced with Sneakersnstuff, a legendary reseller that’s been serving for years many enthusiasts and collectors in the Swedish capital.
The one we present here however is the OG version dating back to the end of Seventies: more than thirty years old, these Stockholm’s are still in perfect standing. Born as a variation on the theme of the adidas Spezial, the Stockholm’s are part of the most renowned City Series which got enormous success and popularity over the Seventies. Their price on the vintage market is around 300 euro for a pair of kicks in perfect conditions: slightly less than their Tobacco sisters, which in their version Made in France are undoubtedly the most wanted of the bouquet.
