La scatola originale è la prima cosa che cattura l’attenzione del collezionista, e dal punto di vista grafico le confezioni Puma degli anni Settanta hanno sempre stile da vendere. Queste rare sneakers prodotte nell’allora Germania Ovest – inutile dire che il marchio è garanzia di qualità – non hanno un nome, ma solo una sigla alfanumerica à la New Balance: si tratta forse di un prototipo?
In ogni caso, il modello è entusiasmante, per forma della tomaia e suola quintessenzialmente running. Il collezionista giapponese che ce le ha vendute le ha conservate con ogni cura, e dopo trent’anni dalla produzione sono ancora in ottime condizioni. Quotazione intorno ai 350 dollari
